Each certificate has a unique code, which allows for verifying each order and analysing a given production batch.
The certificate not only confirms the advantages of the product, but also acts as a warranty – in the event of any reservations or detected product defects, only its holder will have the right to file a complaint regarding the material purchased.
Both manufacturers and distributors purchasing Alcantara from Dekoma are obliged to pass this certificate to their customers who buy ready-made furniture or material. They, in turn, have the right to demand it at the time of purchase as a confirmation of their consumer rights and of the origin and safety of the product.
Each certificate will also be accompanied by a maintenance and cleaning instructions.
Both the certificate and the cleaning instructions are packed in a translucent envelope, which we add to each Alcantara order.
